This includes verifying that all devices are working properly and are sending the proper signals to the central station. It is also recommended that you clean your smoke detectors out once a year. If you are attempting either of these actions, call our office (928-522-8516) or the central station (800-525-4829) to put your account on test.

Repeat this action twice and you should hear the panel beep. Doing so will clear the alarm memory. You may also perform this action to clear the panel after a battery is replaced in one of your devices (smoke detector, motion detector, etc.) or to stop an alarm from sounding.
